Certification

Research shows that Organizational Change efforts towards DEI is not sustainable without an equipped and developed executive DEI leader. Our certification contains research-based frameworks, field-tested best-practices, DEI doctoral-level practitioners that have proven to be successful, and hands on experience.

In collaboration with several EIDA practitioners and 2 of the premier inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility consulting firms in the country, The National Center for EIDA is compiling research to move this field forward and continue to increase research-based sustainable solutions.
