What is the cost of certification?

The cost varies as each solution is customized for each leader and organization. Group discounts are available to 3+ from 1 organization or association. Schedule a free consultation to get a customized estimate.

Why not a stand-alone 1-hour training?

Research shows that stand-alone 1-hour training does not impact or sustain diversity. Organizational change and its frameworks are needed for sustainable change.

Do you do executive diversity and inclusion coaching?

Coaching is always part of the process. However, we specialize in our services and leave coaching to coaching professionals. We partner with Thriving Culture who specializes in DEI Coaching using the cultural intelligence framework.
