Certification

Organizational Change
& EIDA

Research shows that Organizational Change efforts towards DEI is not sustainable without an equipped and developed executive DEI leader. Our certification contains research-based frameworks, field-tested best-practices, and DEI doctoral-level practitioners that have proven to be successful. This certification is designed for organizational Diversity Officers and Diversity Leads.

Inclusive & Equitable
Executive Leadership

Organizational Executive have reached a plateau where now organizations are requiring inclusion and diversity metrics in order to get promotions and bonuses. The executive of the future is now and that reality requires a leader that knows how to drive diversity metrics and lead diverse teams. This certificate is strictly for those in organizational executive positions and lead organizations with large numbers of employees.

“I did not think much of diversity training until I met the EIDA Center Team and experienced their training. It is unlike any other in my 20 year. It is a game changer. Our employees could not agree more.”

— Thomas, CEO, High Tech

Training

Subconscious Bias & Cultural Intelligence

Most people know about subconscious bias and the training that is offered by consultants. Our bias training is inter-laced with leadership and organizational learning and cultural intelligence. This 3-training series equips employees to be more aware of how to create workspaces of inclusivity and equity.

Inclusion, Equity, Diversity 101 Series

We all start somewhere. This 3-series 101 -level training provides organizations to understand where they are as individuals and as an organization to be able to increase their knowledge and awareness and provide employees that are increasingly ready for diversity.

Custom Training Solutions

Every organization is different. We can customize training series and training programs for the needs of an industry and a specific organization. This option usually consists of an organizational audit (see below) to customize according to EIDA research and data.

Executive Diversity Readiness

Leadership leads from the front as they assess what is coming and readies for what is needed by all employees. With the fast-paced change, Executive Leadership often feels ill-equipped for the change process. This 2-day intensive teaches organizational leaders the necessary frameworks of this work as well as the necessary leadership skill-sets that must be developed as the organization changes.

Organizational Inclusion & Diversity

All employees require an opportunity to develop into equitable and inclusive employees. As such, dependent on where the organization is in regards to inclusion and diversity work, we provide virtual or in-person training for the whole organization. This 3-to-5 training series is a great option for any level of training: 101, 201, 301.

Anti-Racist Organization

Many organizations are asking the question: What does it take to become an anti-racist organization. Most of those same organizations are given 1 to 3 training series options and that will not work. For this comprehensive work we start with a 3-to-6-hour training of what it takes. Then we can assist in helping the organization have the training it needs to be successful in becoming an anti-racist organization.

Research

EIDA Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Organizational Audit

We use the Thriving Culture Organizational DEI Audit to provide a comprehensive organizational audit of the work of inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility. The audit also shows the urgency of the work by showing the social minority employee intent to leave. A comparative analysis of aspirational global DEI best practices will be provided. Lastly, recommendations will be provided for the most immediate organizational work that will have the most impact within the next 12 months.

EIDA Strategic Planning Towards an Equitable Organization

Before a comprehensive training solution can be established, an EIDA team must be trained and equipped to carry on the work. The work of inclusion, diversity, equity, and accessibility requires an approach that leads into organizational change. That is why we partner with Thriving Culture to create culturally intelligent strategic plan to ensure accountability and sustainability. After this research and planning is accomplished, we can devise a training program for your organization.
